About the Role:

The Commercial Performance Support Director will be responsible for driving hotel performance, optimizing revenue, and leading strategic sales initiatives. You will analyze performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR) to identify opportunities and develop strategic action plans to address them.

  • Diagnose hotel performance issues and develop targeted solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, hotel managers, and stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in hotel administration, tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales/market leadership, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and improving hotel performance.
  • Excellent business intelligence and strategic planning skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in GDS, Salesforce, Cvent, Synxis, and online booking tools.
  • Experience managing remote and on-site teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
