Job Summary:

This role will be pivotal in shaping our employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, benefits, and administrative HR operations globally.

Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Experience Management:
  • Develop and implement effective HR processes to ensure a seamless employee experience across multiple regions.
  • Manage employee lifecycles, including recruitment administration, onboarding, career progression, and offboarding.
Compliance & Administrative Tasks:
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in each region.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.
Benefits & PTO Administration:
  • Manage benefits administration across all regions.
  • Track and manage Paid Time Off (PTO), sick leave, and other forms of leave for employees in different countries.
HRIS Management & Reporting:
  • Manage the HRIS and ensure all employee data is accurate and up to date.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports, including workforce analytics and employee engagement data.
Employee Relations & Support:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and resolve any issues related to HR policies, benefits, or administrative concerns.
Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities to improve people operations processes, tools, and systems.
  • Drive automation and digital transformation in administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or a related field.
  2. In-depth knowledge of HR compliance and legal requirements across different regions.
  3. Experience with HRIS platforms and employee benefits management.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Fluency in English is required.
