**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, program, and manage material inventory to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Work closely with Sales and operations teams to effectively plan deliveries and meet customer demands.
  • Analyze orders in MRP based on sales forecast, stocks, and parameters to optimize inventory levels.
  • Coordinate monthly cycle inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Solve delivery issues, as well as opportunities, strengths, and threats for local and international freights to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Plan purchasing of materials through the ERP system with effective management to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics and storage suppliers to ensure high-quality services and competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate and manage internal logistic services to ensure safe, efficient, and secure transportation of goods.
  • Coordinate and manage PL3 warehousing services to ensure high-quality services and competitive pricing.
  • Build relationships with customers, tollers, distributors, and suppliers as a trusted advisor to ensure high-quality services and competitive pricing.
  • Supervise best practices between tollers and warehousing to ensure high-quality services and competitive pricing.
  • Manage level of service given by warehouses and other related suppliers to ensure high-quality services and competitive pricing.
  • Develop and maintain KPI's tracking tools and performance reporting to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Monitor market and industry publications to provide summaries and key insights to leadership.
  • Drive incremental value in logistics efforts by deploying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on root cause analysis and resolution of quality, service, or other supplier performance issues.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Planning and Logistics, engineering, Chemical or other related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in Chemical Industry, national and international logistics, inventory management, and planning focused in commercialization.
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organization skills.
  • Advanced English level.
  • SAP MM modules experience.

**What We Offer:**

  • $30,000.00 per month salary.
