Your Role at Baxter

As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of Hillrom businesses, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and complying with global requirements and fiscal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping and accounting records for Hillrom entities, including month, quarter, and year-end reporting.
  • Interact professionally with Hillrom staff to understand and respond to reporting requirements, issues, and queries.
  • Provide sufficient documentation to external and internal auditors to comply with regulations.
  • Manage cash flow and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee fixed assets accounting and controlling, and review and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare financial reports as requested for various purposes, including tax statistical reporting.
  • Participate in the control and calculation of inventory accruals, excess and obsolete, and low-cost-to-market.
  • Prepare account reconciliations, intercompany accounting reconciliations, and payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Strong accounting knowledge within a multi-company environment, with experience over 3 years.
  • Previous experience in Audit is desirable.
  • Experience with US-GAAP, IFRS, and knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or similar financial systems in a multi-currency and multi-company environment.
  • Bilingual: Oral and written communication in English is a must for this position.
