FCM Buyer Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FCM Buyer Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process for FCM projects and activities.

1. Procurement Process Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
2. Tender Process Participation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage tender processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes.
4. Payment Management: Oversee payment processes related to purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate payments to contractors and suppliers.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Working Practice: Self-motivated, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset. High affinity for cross-departmental cooperation and international business.
• Experience and Knowledge: 5+ years of professional experience in indirect purchasing, as well as experience in material field and supplier strategy. Proven track record in achieving objectives and stakeholder management.
