Sobre el RolComo Digital Account Growth Strategist, tendrás la responsabilidad de prospectar nuevos clientes clave a través de trabajo riguroso en el terreno, reuniones cara a cara constantes, llamadas frías y otros medios que promuevan y generen interés en los clientes potenciales.
Tendrás conocimientos del mercado y sus impulsores, así como la capacidad de identificar las necesidades principales de cada cuenta para planificar y ejecutar estrategias persuasivas para adquirir las mejores cuentas en el mercado, logrando la confianza necesaria para convertirlas en socios y trabajar juntos.
Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con gestores de niveles medio y alto, jefes de operaciones y personal de restaurantes.
Requisitos del Cargo:
- Prospectar y visitar a clientes, obtener un conocimiento profundo de las necesidades para diagnosticar sus requisitos.
- Crear y presentar una oferta de valor para cada uno de los restaurantes y/o marcas potenciales.
- Manejar objeciones, identificar puntos comunes y enfatizar acuerdos hasta llegar a un cierre positivo de la cuenta.
- Convertirse en socio de restaurantes aliados, identificar a los tomadores de decisiones y establecer relaciones comerciales que permitan construir y fomentar una relación a largo plazo con una mentalidad ganar-ganar.
- Realizar informes de progreso semanales, asegurándose de que los datos sean precisos y que la información relevante del mercado sea internalizada por la empresa para su toma de decisiones.
- Cumplir y superar las expectativas y compromisos con nuestros aliados, proporcionando un servicio excelente, realizando un seguimiento detallado y personalizado con cada restaurante y/o marca, y movilizando a la empresa hacia un servicio excelente.
- Priorizar las oportunidades en tu territorio; desarrollar un sistema de trabajo y planes de acción, asegurándote de implementarlos para alcanzar métricas de desempeño y objetivos establecidos.
- Entender y poseer los objetivos y propósito de DiDi para mejorar continuamente el rendimiento de la empresa.
3 años o más de experiencia comercial: cierre de clientes grandes, servicios y/o productos, negociación de términos y condiciones contractuales.
Título universitario en administración, marketing, comercio internacional u otras carreras relacionadas.
Mentalidad de Caza: Organizado, proactivo, competitivo y autónomo; orientado a la consecución y sobreconsecución de objetivos en los tiempos definidos.
Poseer la capacidad y flexibilidad para adaptarse y aprender, trabajando en un entorno de startup rápido, cambiante con metas desafiantes.
Habilidades interpersonales: Pruebas de comunicación oral y escrita, con la capacidad de convencer y mantener relaciones constructivas, asertivas, colaborativas y cooperativas con clientes internos y externos, en organizaciones multifuncionales.
Tomar decisiones colaborativas, manejo de conflictos y resolución de problemas.
Tu salario será alrededor de $80.000-$120.000 anuales dependiendo de tus habilidades y la ubicación en la que te encuentres.
