Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our Scaled CX Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering fast time to value recommendations to our customers, while managing a portfolio of ~200 customers.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the mission of ensuring our customers realize value, powering their CX orgs, and achieving their objectives. As a Customer Success Strategist, you will engage customers through one on one interactions, multi-customer activities, and digital campaigns crafted to keep them engaged, supported and successful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage portfolios of customers, relying on data to balance individual engagement vs. group activities.
  • Presentation of recommendations to customers based on understanding of their long term goals and current challenges.
  • Hosting weekly online events that let customers get to know us while they learn alongside their peers.
  • Producing short videos that convey intricate concepts in an easily digestible way.
Requirements
  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in a Customer Success role delivering fast time to value recommendations.
  • Experience with scaled success programs, one:many programs, or working with large portfolios/groups of customers.
  • Zendesk admin experience or having developed customer experience programs using Zendesk or similar software solutions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
