IP Underwriting Analyst Mexico City

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Programs Underwriter to join our team in Mexico City. As an Underwriter, you will play a critical role in supporting our Property & Casualty Underwriting team in handling international insurance business for our corporate customers and their brokers.
Key Responsibilities- Accurate Data Entry: Ensure that international business terms and conditions are accurately reflected in our administration systems.
- International Program Management: Collaborate with our global network to manage and coordinate international programs, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and issue documents, including binders, policies, endorsements, and certificates, to our customers.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain regular contact with local offices, network partners, and brokers, attending customer and broker meetings and requests as needed.
- Follow-up and Verification: Follow up on outstanding information or items, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and standard operating procedures for international programs.
- Data Accuracy and Quality: Compile, sort, review, and verify data accuracy using source documents, detecting errors and initiating corrections as needed.
You will report directly to the International Program Operation Manager and work closely with underwriters and global functions in Operations, Underwriting Assistants, and Underwriters across the region.
Requirements- Knowledge of International Programs: Familiarity with international program business processes for incoming business, preferably Property.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to integrate well with a broad network of specialists and maintain effective working relations in a multicultural environment.
- Service Mindset: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering timely and accurate business processing, even during peak times.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package, with a focus on Excel.
