Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel rooms and public spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
- Ensure the hotel's public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, and common areas, are clean and well-maintained
- Restock and replenish housekeeping supplies, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning products
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
