Senior Data Governance Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Governance Architect to join our team in designing and implementing effective data management strategies across the organization.
About the RoleThis critical role will be responsible for developing and executing data governance policies, procedures, and best practices that ensure high-quality data across all systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in master data management, data architecture, or a related field, with a strong understanding of SAP and non-SAP applications.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage industry expertise to design and implement data governance frameworks that align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data quality metrics and analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data standards, definitions, and naming conventions that facilitate data integration and reuse.
- Evaluate, select, and implement data governance tools and technologies to support data quality, security, and compliance initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance on data governance best practices to ensure consistent adoption across the organization.
- Advanced conversational English skills (not negotiable)
- Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM), data architecture, or a related field.
- Strong technical background in data management, data quality, and data governance.
- Experience working with SAP and non-SAP applications, particularly in the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
