Generador Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Generador Specialist to join our team at ATEC Wireless. As a Generador Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and testing generators of 10kw to 40kw, while providing exceptional customer service.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in diesel and gasoline engines.
• Previous experience working on backup generators (residential and/or industrial; 10kW-4,000kW) is preferred.
• Availability to work on calls and overtime as needed, especially during critical power outages.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Precise presentation of service orders, repair quotes, and generator data.
• Clean driving record.
• EGSA and OSHA certifications (or ability to obtain them).
• Electrical knowledge is an asset.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience in mechanical and electrical fields, particularly with diesel generators.

• Bachelor's degree or 3-year Technical Diploma.
