Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our Discovery Tooling team. The team owns a web-based developer tooling ecosystem for backend engineers working on Pinterest consumer apps. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of full stack engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow professionally and technically.
  • Develop and deliver a roadmap for the team, aligning with company goals and priorities.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify developer enabling capabilities and drive technical excellence.
  • Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team members, including hiring top talent and providing feedback.
