Coord-Training Specialist

**Job Summary**

  We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our team at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional training experiences that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing training programs that promote excellence in guest service, quality, and teamwork.

  **Key Responsibilities**

  * Develop and deliver training programs that align with business objectives and meet the needs of our staff.

  * Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop solutions that enhance staff performance.

  * Design and deliver training content that is engaging, interactive, and relevant to our staff's roles and responsibilities.

  * Provide coaching and feedback to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

  * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

  * Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and evaluation results.

  * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and apply this knowledge to enhance our training programs.

  * Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  * Provide exceptional customer service to our staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  * Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and services.

  * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support our training programs.

  * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  * Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of our training programs.
