We are seeking a highly skilled Opex Engineer to join our team at MAHLE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lean and continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and productivity gains
- Work closely with the Plant Management team to engage and inspire employees to adopt the MAHLE Production System (MPS)
- Conduct operational audits and KPI audits to identify areas of opportunity for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices
- Develop and facilitate training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline
- 5 years of experience in automotive process engineering, with 2+ years of continuous improvement experience
- Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt Certification
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
