Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Gates Corporation. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in sustaining, developing, planning, and implementing necessary processes and tools to produce and deliver improvements for Operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and create product development processes and methods to achieve greater efficiency and desired product characteristics.
- Define activities related to prototype manufacturing, from planning to shipping.
- Maintain product health by monitoring and reporting product performance and results.
- Responsible for continuous improvement, making production cost-effective, maximizing quality, and using available resources efficiently.
- Specification registration and creation of BOM's in Oracle.
- Provide Process Engineering support for local operations.
- Execute decision-making to solve complex problems involving extensive research, analysis, and evaluation of multiple variables.
- Contribute ideas and analysis of potential programs to provide added value to Operations.
- Provide on-going support for NTI and NPI activities and rollout support for NTI and NPI programs.
- Contribute to the Global Process Engineering team by supporting requests from other factories and participating in local and remote phone calls and meetings.
- Provides Process Engineering support for local operations.
- Executes decision-making to solve complex problems involving extensive research, analysis, and evaluation of multiple variables.
- Contributes ideas and analysis of potential programs to provide added value to Operations.
