About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our LATAM finance team, you will play a critical role in planning, reporting, and control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the Budgeteers/Category Owners, suppliers, and Accounts Payable when processing purchase orders.
  • Perform daily creation of Purchase Orders for Advertising & Marketing categories.
  • Process and setup all new vendors and update vendor contact and contract information.
  • Ensure effective communication between Buyers, vendors, and internal departments regarding order changes.
  • Follow up on receiving to ensure invoices can be paid and goods or services are recognized in the correct period.
  • Monitor Purchase Orders and work with stakeholders to create Purchase Orders and receipts timely.
  • Process purchase orders, receipts, and update information.
  • Work with departments to obtain proper approval, research any discrepancies, etc.
  • Deliver excellent service to clients according to SLA's.
  • Support our Procure to Pay process.
  • Be fully conversant with new initiatives, continuous improvement, and modern thinking in all matters relating to Advertising & Marketing to advise the manager.

Requirements

  • Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration.
  • Experience: Advanced Excel, 1-2 years of experience in finance planning/related.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Ability to handle transactional (repetitive) work.
