About the Role:
Tecma is seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality control efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead a team of quality control specialists to identify and resolve quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce defects
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years of previous experience as a Quality Manager
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
- 3+ years' experience in management or leading teams
- Bilingual English-Spanish
- Visa laser available
- Working knowledge in Quality Systems
