About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UX Designer to join our team at 3Pillar Global. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the user experience (UX) effort for client engagements, driving design excellence, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities
  • UX Leadership: Own the UX effort for client engagements, planning, defining, and executing UX strategies to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Design Vision: Develop and communicate a clear design vision, aligning with business objectives and client goals.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure project success.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and develop solutions.
  • Design Execution: Develop and execute UX designs, including user research, interaction design, and visual design, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Agile Development: Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development process, collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Design Advocacy: Advocate for design excellence, promoting the value of UX design to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience designing B2C and/or B2B applications in an Agile environment.
  • Well-versed in conducting or applying user research, mapping and visualizing current state experiences, identifying key opportunities, design thinking & brainstorming.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, produce low-to-high fidelity wireframes, and build wireframes and prototypes for testing and final delivery.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch App, Figma, Adobe Xd, Axure, or other design tools.
  • Able to work closely with product teams, stakeholders, and users to dive deeply into user journeys to identify problems, re-frame into opportunities, and co-create highest value needs.
  • Portfolio that highlights strong experience designing across products, platforms, and personas.
  • Exceptional storytelling capabilities, ability to weave key insights and data into a compelling narrative.
  • Ability to advocate the value of Design, and inspire partners and teammates through elegant presentation and storytelling capabilities.
  • Advocate for the user internally and externally while balancing business and technology constraints.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Possess a strong sense of interaction and visual design principles.
  • Advanced English is required.
