Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead EIC engineering efforts through all phases of capital projects, from conceptualization to commissioning and startup.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in developing and managing estimates, financial analysis, contracts, and purchase orders, as well as utilizing Clorox's Early Management principles and activities to deliver customer expectations.
- System Start-up and Operational Checkout: Support system start-up and operational checkout, including configuration, wiring, calibration, and power testing, and provide hardware and software application support assistance to engineers and operations.
- Technical Leadership: Provide significant contributions and technical leadership for major technology efforts in the organization, either as an individual or team member.
- Capital Building and Equipment Installations: Implement capital building and equipment installations to improve manufacturing competitive performance, working in a participative team-based environment and utilizing World Class Operations processes and principles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 8 years of engineering experience, with 2 years of production/operational work and 1 year of experience in batch, continuous, and discrete manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong technical skills related to electrical/instrumentation and controls, with working knowledge of ISA-S88, PackML, and OMAC standards, as well as Allen Bradley hardware and software.
