This position will be responsible for monitoring the health of production platforms, coordinating problem resolution, and participating in root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the health of production platforms to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate problem resolution with L2 and L3 support teams to minimize downtime and ensure prompt resolution.
- Participate in root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues that may impact production platforms.
- Manage operational change control to ensure seamless implementation of new processes and technologies.
- Report key metrics to stakeholders to provide visibility into production platform performance.
- Represent CISO in regulatory reviews to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on applicable regulatory requirements to ensure CISO solutions remain compliant.
- Collect and present audit evidence to support compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the implementation of global CISO solutions to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in information security and compliance.
- Proven experience with scripting and programming languages.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various analytical groups and service delivery organizations.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment.
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
