About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional body conditioning treatments and massages to our guests and leisure club members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer various massage techniques, including kneading, rubbing, and stroking, to stimulate blood circulation, relax contracted muscles, and relieve other conditions.
  • Provide steam or dry heat, ultraviolet, infrared, or water treatments as requested by customers.
  • Offer guidance to clients on activities such as reducing or remedial exercises.
  • Record treatments provided to customers.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are tidy and all necessary items are available, including towels, candles, oils, etc.
  • Make reservations for massage and other treatment packages.
  • Perform duties in a professional manner to meet the full satisfaction of our guests.
  • Understand the club facilities and the price of memberships.
  • Adhere to high standards of personal hygiene.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests' and employees' health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
  • Comply with the hotel's environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
  • Certification in the relevant disciplines is preferred.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Ability to promote positive relations with all hotel guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
