About the Role
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with internal partners and customers to ensure timely receipt of customer documentation and information.
- Managing customer re-validation processes and handling general account maintenance.
- Supporting team leaders in monthly reporting and QA reviews.
- Serving as a business resource for internal partners, addressing routine and non-standard issues, and ensuring adherence to onboarding protocols.
- Contributing to the ongoing evolution and execution of the overall customer onboarding program through attending training sessions and applying knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Generating and retrieving data for reporting purposes as requested, and assisting with projects as needed.
About You
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior experience in customer service or order management roles, with project management skills.
- 1-2 years of general business experience.
- Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal) focused on excellent customer service, along with excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
- The ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft 365 and secure cloud services (SharePoint, Teams), SAP, and Salesforce.
- The ability to establish and maintain productive internal business relationships.
- A high level of initiative and ability to perform in a fast-paced, matrix environment, with a passion for innovation.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000-$75,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
