Job Summary:

The Commercial Advisor will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and managing commercial aspects of our pest control services. This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively follow up with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Manage commercial aspects of pest control services, including contracts and billing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Conduct site visits and assessments to identify pest control needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Commercial Management experience
• Ability to effectively follow up with clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
• Experience in the pest control industry is a plus
