Job Description:

As a key member of Takeda's team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital patient enablement strategy forward. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the design, development, and implementation of CRM and digital enablement solutions that align with business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive innovation and continuous improvement: Develop and implement new CRM and digital enablement solutions that meet business needs and enhance the customer experience.
  2. Enable stakeholders: Provide training and support to stakeholders within and outside of Takeda to ensure they can effectively use and leverage CRM and digital enablement capabilities.
  3. Oversee daily operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of CRM and digital enablement platforms, ensuring they are running smoothly and securely.
  4. Socialize changes: Communicate changes to existing and new capabilities, tools, and consumption models to stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction.
  5. Prioritize a global backlog: Prioritize and manage a global backlog of CRM and digital enablement product enhancements and operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience implementing CRM solutions at an enterprise level in a regulated environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Digital Marketing related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of CRM processes, flows, and technologies, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
