Job Role

As a Customer Service Representative for Social Media, you will be the first point of contact for customers who interact with IKEA on social media. Your role will be to ensure that customers receive a high level of service and that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with the level of service they receive.
  • Work closely with the Customer Contact Centre team to ensure that customer queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the IKEA brand and products to ensure that customers receive accurate and informative responses.
