**Job Overview**

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory and packages at The St. Regis Kanai Resort Riviera Maya.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Receive, unload, and process deliveries, verifying quantity and condition of packages prior to delivery to guests
  • Stage merchandise by department, mark appropriately for placement in facility, and deliver merchandise to appropriate department
  • Verify and track received inventory, completing inventory reports and logs as needed
  • Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure count accuracy
  • Secure the receiving room and its contents, ensuring safekeeping of packages
  • Follow all national, state, and local hazardous material shipping guidelines and regulations
  • Communicate with guests regarding received packages and maintain accurate tracking system on all shipping and receiving transactions

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
