**Job Summary**
ZF Friedrichshafen AG is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Facility Shipping and Receiving Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis.
- Provide support for preparing documentation for shipment of materials provided by customers for transport both domestically and internationally.
- Box parts for deliveries and shipments, and expedite shipments in a timely manner.
- Coordinate shipments of parts to off-site storage locations and control transportation costs.
- Maintain a high level of safety, security, and housekeeping in the shipping and receiving area.
- Manage inventory of packaging materials to be used for shipments.
- Receive all incoming packages and notify recipients in a timely fashion.
- Track and trace shipments as requested.
- Generate Packing Slips into SAP for ZF invoicing purposes.
- Inspect incoming shipments for proper information and quantity.
- Enter information into SAP.
**Requirements:**
- 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- DC3 certification for handling forklifts.
- Computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office and SAP.
