Job Overview

This role focuses on post-production support of SAP Financials, specifically in SAP S/4 HANA, Public Cloud. Key responsibilities include project header master maintenance, invoice processing, and project line-item master data upkeep. The successful candidate will also work closely with business and finance users to monitor critical incidents and meet agreed-upon SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth analysis for complex business problems and develop suitable solutions.
  • Identify, interpret, validate, and document shared knowledge by IBM (SI) for the project.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the SAP solution handed over by IBM and identify gaps and issues in the built solution.
  • Work with SAP to initiate OSS Cases/Incidents when required for user issues.
