Installation Mechanic

At Otis, we're seeking a skilled Installation Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of elevator and escalator units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install new elevators with quality and efficiency
  • Work in a safe manner in accordance with all Environmental Health & Safety guidelines
  • Liaise directly with customers to build a good working relationship
  • Conduct inspections before and after installation to ensure high quality and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Qualification to install elevators to local standards
  • Driver's license (as necessary)
  • At least 6 months of experience in the field of elevators
  • Good electrical and mechanical skills
  • Comfortable with plan reading and calculations
  • Appetite for technical products and new technologies
