Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our Food and Beverage team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process payments and handle guest transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Server in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
