Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Workday integrations and reporting solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and support ongoing operations
- Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage new features and functionality to improve business processes
- Provide expert support for Workday Integration and Reporting needs, including Tier I to Tier III support
- Minimum 6+ years of experience working with HRIS systems
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio and Connector Integrations
- Excellent English verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Highly effective in time and project management
- Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team
