Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.
  • Assess existing user interfaces and design UI/UX improvements to enhance user interactions and overall usability.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize redesigned user interfaces for the cloud environment.
  • Develop and maintain a design system and style guide to ensure consistency across migrated applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Optimize user interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and compatibility with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs into applications.
  • Provide documentation and guidelines for the implementation of UI/UX designs during application migration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects for application migration or cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-native design principles is a plus.
