The Consumer Sales Representative is an entry-level position within Citi responsible for providing client assistance and meeting sales targets for financial products and services within their designated territory. The overall objective is to leverage a broad range of product knowledge to build relationships with clients and identify which financial products and services meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and preferences* Foster a deep understanding of Citi's financial products and services to effectively promote solutions to clients* Analyze new and existing client interests, problems, and potential need for new products and services* Achieve or exceed decided sales targets set by management* Maintain high levels of product and service knowledge, as well as adherence to strict laws and regulations governing sales practices in a complex sales environment

**Requirements**:

* 2-4 years of relevant experience* Previous experience in financial sales preferred* Proficient computer and technology skills* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Working knowledge of relevant financial regulations* Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills* Demonstrated Influencing and relationship management skills

**Education**:

High School diploma or equivalent
