Bartender Lead

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender Lead to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Bartender Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests, while also overseeing the daily operations of the bar.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide expert knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits to our guests.
• Manage the inventory and ordering of beverages, ensuring that we always have a well-stocked bar.
• Train and supervise bartending staff, ensuring that they are providing the highest level of service to our guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to Marriott's high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting and reconciling cash and credit transactions.

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a related role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
