About the RoleThis is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in quality assurance, with a focus on implementing and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for our organization's products and development processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement daily activities related to quality assurance.
- Implement and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Coordinate product testing processes.
- Participate in product testing.
- Identify and analyze issues, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and determine the cause of a plan's success or failure.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Extensive knowledge of products and operations, specifically in commercial or industrial tires.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related experience.
- Three to five years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, English required.
