About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digitalization Manager to join our team at Volvo Buses. As a key member of our Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation and ensuring that our business goals are aligned with our digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business strategy into actionable digitalization outcomes, identifying key areas for improvement and development.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive business capabilities and implement agile ways of working.
  • Work closely with digital product managers to ensure a BU perspective in the overall Volvo Buses portfolio.
  • Secure alignment with Volvo Buses IT Architecture governance and participate in monthly and quarterly DSS routines.
  • Facilitate the execution of initiatives by enabling proper pre-studies, business-related project resources, and release and roll-out plans.
