Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at OpenText in Dalian, China. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing payroll-related activities for China, including coordinating with multiple vendors and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with country-specific statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage payroll-related activities for China, including data processing and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with country-specific statutory requirements and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payroll-related queries and issues
- Develop and maintain system documentation for payroll processes
- Provide support for payroll operations in other APAC countries as needed
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate scores
- Strong end-to-end process knowledge of China payroll operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll operations, with 5-6 years of experience in China payroll
- Knowledge of accounting processes and principles, as well as analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
