• Develop and implement audit plans, and ensure timely completion of audits

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide audit recommendations

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to improve audit processes

• Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements, including the development of automated routines

• Develop effective relationships with senior stakeholders and other team members

• Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy in decision-making

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members

**Requirements**:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in auditing or a related field

• Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills

• Effective project management skills

• Effective influencing and relationship management skills

• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

• Experience as an auditor in the financial sector or audit firms

• Experience in internal audit for Finance (desirable)
