Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Equipment Maintenance with a robust background in operational environments such as maintenance, production, or process management. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience: 15 years in relevant operational roles.
  • Educational Background: Degrees in electronics, robotics, computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.
  • Key Skills: Talent management, leadership, project management, statistical analysis, proficiency in Microsoft applications, negotiation, and teamwork.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Surface Mount Technology (SMT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment maintenance performance.
  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, cost, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee budget management to ensure unit cost control and meet organizational requirements.
  • Facilitate training and certification programs for the maintenance team based on a defined skill matrix.
  • Participate in the development of new suppliers and contribute to qualification plans.
  • Guide the introduction of new equipment technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and learning process.
  • Conduct root cause analysis as a leader or team member for Voice of Customer (VOC) and Continuous Improvement (CC) initiatives.
  • Enhance equipment capabilities through software and hardware upgrades, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage maintenance systems including Corrective Maintenance (CM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Overhaul, and Predictive Maintenance (PdM).
  • Ensure success by promoting teamwork and achieving all operational objectives.
  • Implement new analytical strategies focused on Industry 4.0, leveraging data-driven solutions across all processes.
