**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Production Group Leader, you will be responsible for the effective use of personnel, material, and equipment to meet production cost schedules and maintain quality requirements. You will participate in the training, developing, and evaluating of hourly team members, and lead Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) processes to support launch and pilot activities in assigned areas.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to change shifts (4x3).
- At least 3 years of experience supervising personnel.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
Promote safe work practices and achieve objectives for ergonomics, health, and safety, and housekeeping. Motivate, train, and develop employees to effectively perform their jobs using standardized methods. Ensure team members receive adequate JIT (job instruction training). Coach, teach, counsel, and mentor Group Leaders in these responsibilities.
