SendPulse Latinoamérica is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing team in Guadalajara.

**Requirements and Skills**:

• Advanced English proficiency is a must.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing is required.
• Proven experience managing large teams is essential.
• In-depth understanding of budget allocation, analysis, and working with reports is necessary.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required.
• Experience working with global, regional, and local marketing teams is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

• Lead and manage the marketing team (10+ members) to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and execute local market campaigns for SendPulse through stable processes.
• Measure the impact of strategies through clear KPIs, strong communication, and accountability for business results.
• Drive initiatives forward with ownership and accountability, oversee timelines and execution, measure impact, and optimize strategies towards growth.
• Identify ways to improve processes and drive efficiency; support the team in developing new capabilities and skills to increase their performance.

**What We Offer**:

• Hybrid work model with a 9-6 pm schedule, Monday to Friday.

• Compensation: Productivity bonus.

• Location: Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. Relocation to the workplace is required or plan to move before starting work.
