Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at HERE Technologies. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing data, requisitions, and contracts in our ERP/finance/purchasing system.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze requisitions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with category managers and legal teams to create and manage contracts in our electronic purchasing system.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sourcing, legal, finance, and accounts payable teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers, responding to help desk tickets and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the procurement experience for customers.
  • Manage supplier setup and validation processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in purchasing, business operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP/PeopleSoft and experience with Coupa/Coupa certified a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and high-quality assurance standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ServiceNow as a Help Desk function a plus.
