Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Developer to join our Business Platforms team. As a key member of our team, you will work with product managers, architects, and software engineers to develop and deploy Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expert advice in Salesforce technical areas.
- Develop a solid technical architecture and system design for Salesforce applications.
- Break down complex technical designs into manageable elements.
- Configure or develop new functionalities on top of Salesforce using standard techniques.
- Participate in sandbox management and deployments.
- Deliver presentations to technical and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with PD-I certification.
- Proficiency in Lightning (LWC / Aura), Flows, Process Builder & Workflows.
- Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with GITHUB and integration with Tableu, GCP and Kontent.AI.
- Familiarity with field-level security, profiles, sharing rules, and audit trails.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with various audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.
