Job Title : Senior Test Lead

As a Senior Test Lead at Lionbridge, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of assigned projects. This includes preparing test plans and test cases based on client specifications, analyzing test results, bugs, and usability, and maintaining all project testing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality of assigned projects
  • Prepare test plans and test cases based on client specifications
  • Analyze test results, bugs, and usability
  • Maintain all project testing documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with customers at the project level
  • Manage, lead, and mentor test team members
  • Assist in test environment setup and teardown
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation
  • Maintain the project bug database and ensure the quality of bug reports
  • Assist in coaching junior staff by helping them make decisions and solve problems and providing feedback on testing-related tasks

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of leading large test teams or similar management position
  • 5+ years of experience in game testing
  • Preferred higher education in technology
  • Experience in dealing with game studios preferred
  • A professional level of proficiency in the English language
  • Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Passion for video games and knowledge of the video game market
  • Good interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and good work organization
  • Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, software testing standards, strategies, and the software development cycle
  • Demonstrated capability in writing detailed area test plan documents, executing test strategies, and performing exploratory testing
  • Experience testing in an Agile context
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian tool suite e.g. JIRA, Confluence
