**Culinary Arts Educator Wanted**

Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, a leading institution in hospitality and event management, is seeking a passionate and experienced culinary arts educator to join our team.

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to teach our culinary curriculum and contribute to the growth and success of our students.

**Requirements**:

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in culinary arts, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining establishment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or a related field.

Previous teaching or training experience in a culinary school or similar international educational setting.

Fluent level of English, both in speaking and writing.

Strong knowledge of classical and contemporary culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Teach the culinary curriculum according to syllabus and lesson plans and contribute to its development.

Utilize a variety of teaching techniques, methods and materials.

Create and organize the culinary production in a learning environment.

Mentor, supervise and motivate students and guide them in their development, as individuals and as a brigade.

Evaluate students through regular feedback based on practical and academic criteria and maintain student records.

Ensure the production of the various menus.
