RHI Magnesita is a leading provider of refractory products and services.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Junior Treasury Analyst to join our team in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico.

This exciting opportunity will involve day-to-day operations of financial records and reporting in a centralized Shared Services Center. As a Junior Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for bank account reconciliations, supporting communication with central Treasury, payment scheduling, balance recording in ITS, capturing payments in bank portals, downloading vouchers, and following up on payments.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a public accounting firm, tax role, or related field, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, taxation, or a related field. Intermediate English skills are a plus, and SAP knowledge is desired but not essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

We offer an estimated salary of $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including Christmas bonus, food vouchers, saving funds, life insurance, disability insurance, and more.

About this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, taxation, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a public accounting firm, tax role, or related field
• Intermediate English skills (desirable)

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
