Job Description
This role will provide strategic support to procurement activities for 3rd Party manufacturing operations in the Beauty and Wellbeing Business Group. The successful candidate will contribute to the design of procurement strategies and manage contracts with incumbent suppliers.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procurement strategies.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- Develop and implement improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide analytical insights to inform procurement decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of internal KPIs.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, Sciences, or Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain functions (procurement, logistics, operations, manufacturing, supply management, planning).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
