We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations Lead - Strategic Project Coordinator to spearhead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for streamlining processes, optimizing project delivery timelines, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. Your expertise in defining and implementing successful processes will drive operational excellence and contribute to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the production and execution of marketing projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
- Design and establish efficient, scalable processes for the marketing department, focusing on optimizing project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale marketing projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including Product, Sales, and R&D, to ensure marketing projects align with overall business goals and product launches.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to Sword Health's standards and deadlines.
- Support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in strategic decision-making processes, providing insightful analysis, preparing reports, and contributing to long-term marketing strategies.
- Foster effective communication within the marketing team and across other departments, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Assist the CMO in leading the marketing team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of creative quality and premium brand management, preferably from experience on a high-profile brand that balances creative output with budget constraints and tight timelines.
- Demonstrated track record of defining and implementing successful processes.
- Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership qualities, particularly for leading and coordinating peers and their teams.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
With a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, this role presents an exciting opportunity for talented professionals to join a pioneering organization and make a lasting impact on the healthcare industry.
