About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Senior Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP security solutions to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement SAP security strategic plan and engineer solutions in line with priorities.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams on project execution to create efficiency.
  • Review and resolve project requirements according to established project timelines.
  • Reinforce correct SAP security procedures with project teams and third-party provider teams.
  • Develop test cases, perform unit testing, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with key controls.
  • Participate in security reviews to drive future success.
  • Ensure SOX controls compliance by executing SAP security scripts.
  • Maintain documentation of changes (users, roles, modifications) for audit purposes.
  • Deliver SAP security audit reports.
  • Create and deliver training to users, support desk, security support analyst, and administrators.
  • Review OSS Notes, security patches; implement and test those patches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science (or equivalent) is required.
  • Proactive person with 4+ years of SAP Security experience.
  • Multiple years of SAP Security sustain support experience (complex landscapes) (3+).
  • Multiple years of SAP Security projects experience like ongoing deployments, roles redesign, etc (2+).
  • Knowledge of SAP security authorization concept, as well as design and implementation methodology.
  • Demonstrates ability with SAP Security transactions and SAP Security tables.
  • Technical proficiency with security build and requirements analysis/definition across multiple SAP systems (e.g., S/4, HANA, BODS, BOBJ, CRM, PO, FIORI, SOLMAN, SAP for Me, etc.).
  • Understanding of IdM governance.
  • Understanding of internal controls, segregation of duties (SoD), sensitive transactions analysis, basic SAP development (e.g., ABAP integration points), SAP modules, SAP Transport Management System, SAP Web Application Server, NetWeaver, HANA, SOX controls.
  • Product certification(s) in SAP Security Administration.
  • Knowledge of COBIT, IT risk frameworks, and experience with ITIL processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP GRC (configuration and functional experience).
