About the Role

FICO is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and managing security solutions, including firewalls and network intrusion detection systems. You will also manage all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security solutions to protect our network from threats.
  • Manage and maintain all network hardware and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement and maintain network access permissions and access rights.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of security audits.
  • Ensure network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Recommend and manage network monitoring tools.
  • Perform troubleshooting of all Network systems in both Corp and Data centre.
  • Develop and implement applications and tools to improve the operational efficiency of the company.
  • Participate in the identification and enablement of process automation.
  • Help maintain and enhance existing applications and processes.
  • Participate in the proactive monitoring of our global network.
  • Develop metrics and reports for managing network connectivity.
  • Collect and analyze data that is necessary for enabling new sites.
  • Prepare and maintain system level documentation.
  • Develop and maintain training material where appropriate.
